Placing an Order |
You can place an order with LIQUIWORK in any one of the following ways:

on each product page of our Website www.liquiwork.com you can see the shopping cart at the bottom provided by the official Google company only to verified and legitimate merchant websites.
If you’re using Google Wallet for the first time, just fill out the single page of information when you make your purchase with the cart. After that, you’ll only need your Google Wallet login to make a purchase. There’s no need to re-enter your information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy. Google Wallet securely stores your payment information and makes purchasing fast both online and in-store.
If you’ve used Google Wallet or Google Checkout before, all you need to do is login with your Google username and password to buy from us.
For safe and smooth online shopping experience, please bear in mind: (1)Always use your same Google Wallet account AND make sure the debit or credit card on file is valid. (2)The card or bank account information must be exactly consistent with the buyer's. (3) If you use a business or company credit card for the purchase, then enter the card-authorized business name as the buyer other than yours even if you're this business owner. For any inconsistent order information, the Google Wallet system intuitively determines an identity theft attempt going on and hence deny or cancel the order, then send you a notification email with issue-solving tips.
If you happen to receive such email, please don't panic or be mad about this extra online security measure--for your own identity protection, having your information verified is better than worse esp. in this hacker raging digital era. Follow the verification instruction detailed in the Google email, and after receiving an approval email from Google, you can re-place the order freely with protection and peace of mind! Again, always use your ONLY ONE Google Wallet account/email address for smooth online shopping experience!

Placing an order with LIQUIWORK is safe and easy. We use Yahoo! secure 128 bit SSL encryption security server and adhere to PCI (Payment Card Industry Security Standard) to protect customers’ personal information from being intercepted by malicious third parties, in addition to Google’s sophisticated anti-fraud technology. The payment card industry requires all members, merchants, and service providers that store, process or transmit cardholder data to comply with this standard.
Additional advantage to shopping LIQUIWORK is there’s no sign-up or log-in mandate as do many other websites--a practice usually resulting in users' sensitive personal information abused or stolen by hackers and identity thieves, or sold to third party advertisers and marketers. No sign-up! No log-in! Anyone can shop www.liquiwork.com without restriction.
You can add any products you want to buy to the cart. At any point during your online shopping process, you can review what you have added to your cart by clicking View Cart at the bottom of any webpage throughout our website. You can drop any item you decide not to buy by clicking the "Remove" tab under that item in the cart, and check out for other items at once. The shipping options and fees are demonstrated on your order review page for you to choose from.
If you have a coupon code for a discount or gift certificate, there will be a space to enter that code on your order review page. You will be able to see the discount or certificate amount applied to your order, with your recalculated order amount, before you complete the checkout step.
After you click the "Place the order" button and complete the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. We will send you another email at the time of shipment with the tracking number of your package.

Altering or cancelling an order: |

If you have placed an order online and would like to alter or cancel it, please email us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of your ordering time. After 24 hours, we can not alter or cancel an order as we have already started to process it.

Layaway plan comes back! For select categories of products, we provide layaway plans. If you want some certain product(s) but cannot afford at the moment, please contact us for layaway possibilities.
