Placing an Order |
You can place an order in any one of the following ways:

If this is your first time to place the order on our website via the Google Checkout cart, the email address and credit/debit card information you entered automatically set up as your Google Wallet account, and are highly safeguarded by the industry-leading Google technology.
IMPORTANT TIP for existing Google Wallet account holders: If you have made online, mobile or in-store purchases with your Google Wallet account before, remember to use the same account information to place your order!
Otherwise, (1)if you happen to use a different email address but the same credit card information, or (2)use a credit card but entering the recipient's name different from the real card owner's name, or (3)use a business credit card but entering a person's name--even if it's the business owner--other than the company name, the Google system will intuitively decide the latter party attempting to steal the previous one's identity, and immediately cancel the order, then send you an order cancellation email with an issue-solving link prompting you to submit documents for its identity verification.
If you happen to receive such email, please don't panic or be mad about this extra online security measure--for your own identity protection, having your information verified is better than worse esp. in this hacker raging era. Follow the verification instruction, and after receiving an approval email from Google, you can re-place the order freely with protection and peace of mind! Again, always use your ONLY ONE Google Wallet account/email address for smooth online shopping experience!

The shipping options and fees are displayed on your order review page before you click the "Place the Order" button.
If you have a coupon code for a discount or gift certificate, there will be a space to enter that code on your order review page. You will be able to see the discount or certificate amount applied to your order, with your recalculated order amount, before you complete the checkout step.
You can add all products you want to buy to the cart, and when you’re done shopping, click “Checkout” for all items at once. Shortly you will receive an order confirmation email. We will send you another email at the time of shipment with the tracking number of your package.

If you have placed an order online and would like to alter or cancel it, please email us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of your ordering time, before we have already processed your order. After 24 hours, we can not alter or cancel an order.
