A custom-made product is particularly made to order by a particular person and only fits him or her, and non-salable to anybody else, thus all custom-made products are final sale--which means return or exchange is NOT acceptable.

To ensure the item made to fit, after receiving the order, we take extra steps to have the customer confirm the measurements before starting to making. After the item is finished, our Quality Assurance Department conducts a thorough and proprietary quality assurance procedure to ensure it is consistent with the order details specified by the customer.

All our vintage attire is estate-fresh. We press them before photographing, but we don't clean or wash them. The final pressing and cleaning are the responsibility of the buyer. Please realize that "vintage" by its very definition is "not new" which was possessed before, so there's inevitable wear on it that's indicative of its age. We try our best to describe all the details including unnoticeable imperfection so you can make an informed purchase. In the summary, vintage garment is final sale.

On each product page of our website www.liquiwork.com, there is detailed description and sizing information about this product. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE OBLIGATED TO TAKE A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME DULY REVIEWING THE PRODUCT DETAILS, CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE AND COLOR AT CHECKOUT AND PLACE THE CORRECT ORDER! Any consequence caused by the customer's negligence to review the product details, color and/or size measurements, hence placing a wrong order is the buyer's responsibility.

Returns without our official authorization in writing will be denied. Due to the nature of our business, we do NOT accept merchandise returns unless the product you bought is grossly defective. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, damaged, altered or washed, and without odor, perfume or cologne, stains, wearing mark, tear or rip. All tags must be attached. All the original package, shipping label(s) and invoice(s) must be enclosed in the mail.

IF your situation is this case, please email us within 24 hours of you receiving this product. Once verified, we will send you the authorized return address by email for you to return the product via Express Mail Service by USPS, or by the Post Office of the destination country where the merchandise was originally delivered. The package must have a valid tracking number which is track-able online on https://www.usps.com/, or on the Official Postal Website of the destination country where the merchandise was originally delivered.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED MERCHANDISE SENT BY UPS, FEDEX, DHL OR ANY OTHER NON-POST-OFFICE CARRIERS BECAUSE SOME COUNTRIES ENFORCE RESTRICTIONS ON NON-POSTAL SHIPMENTS, RESULTING IN THE MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED OR HEAVY TAXES LEVIED TO THE RECIPIENT.

The returned product must arrive to our authorized return address within TEN (10) calendar days from the date of the buyer receiving the product with the original shipping label and invoice. The online delivery record and our authorized recipient's signature which are demonstrated on the official postal website will be required as the proof.
We're sorry, but we cannot process a refund or exchange for items returned over TEN (10) days after the original purchase date.

Loss of or any damage to the product in transit automatically voids the warranty, so buying insurance for the package would add protection for your shipment. On receipt of returned goods, Liquiwork reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements stated above. Shipping and handling charges surrounding the order at issue, and tax if any, are non-refundable, plus a 35% factory restocking fee will be deducted from the total payment by the manufacturer.

For the personal hygiene concern, such direct-skin-contact products as crinolines and petticoats, swimwear, sarongs, hats, gloves, veils, headpieces, wigs, lingerie, etc... are final sale.
