8-15 business days for ready-made products; up to 45 business days for custom-made products, after customer’s final confirmation of the order details.
(2) Expedited Shipping (with Tracking System & Signature Confirmation):
5-9 business days for ready-made products; up to 35 business days for custom-made products, after customer’s final confirmation of the order details.
*International Customers can choose from:
(1) International Flat Rate Shipping (with Tracking System):
10-20 business days for ready-made products; up to 45 business days for custom-made products, after customer’s final confirmation of the order details.
(2) International Expedited Shipping(with Tracking System & Signature Confirmation): Only available for custom-made products up to 35 business days, after customer’s final confirmation of the order details.
International delivery time varies by the distance from our shipping location and the destination country’s customs clearing operation, which may go beyond our original delivery estimates.
International customers are responsible for any possible import duties or taxes charged by the destination country’s customs which are not included in the product price or shipping rate. You may contact your country’s customs office for their tax regulation.
We ship orders from our US warehouses or overseas boitiques, depending on the product availability at the point we receive the order. We do NOT charge customers more shipping fee than what is indicated in the original order receipt by any means. Product delivery is guaranteed.
